If guests check out late without asking prior to check in then the guest will be charged $150. Early check in or late check out is available for $150 and is required 2 or more days in advanced. At our house we have a strict no smoking policy. If people smoke in the house, a $100 fee will be asked to take out the smell before the next guests arrive.
